I am a PhD student in the Kruer lab and work on the bioinformatics side of the genetic causes of CP study. I am currently interested in looking at short tandem repeats (STRs) in CP and other neurological conditions. I am also interested in combining CP cohorts with other neurological cohorts such as epilepsy and autism to investigate overlaps between CP and other conditions.

Prior to joining the lab, I worked on child health microbiome studies and built SARS-CoV-2 consensus calling pipelines for viral surveillance in Arizona.
