As a research lab manager for the Kruer lab, my main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the lab and ensure that research projects related to neurological disorders, specifically Cerebral Palsy, are carried out smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing and coordinating the work of lab staff and researchers, organizing lab equipment and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards, and assisting with data analysis and interpretation. Additionally, I assist in managing budgets and funding proposals, communicating with collaborators and funding agencies, and contributing to scientific publications and presentations. My role is critical to the success of the lab's research efforts, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the field of neurological research.
